Kodak Instant Printing

2021

Open the camera roll on your phone. Scroll through those pictures.

Did you just smile, remembering about those good times?

How many of them do you even remember taking?

Kodak instant printing wants to help make your important memories last.

Experiential Element

Kodak Photo Booth Adventure

We would invite our target on an adventure course. The only trick...no phones allowed.

Set up on the Toronto Island, a group of friends would sign in where their phones would be kept and locked for safe keeping and then given a map with a number of landmarks to discover.

At each of these landmarks would be fun things for the group to experience together.
These types of things could include: a petting zoo, swan pedal boats, flower garden, zip line, mini-golf course, etc.

At each stop someone would take a Kodak instant picture for them. Once they've collected a photo from each landmark, they can return to the starting point where all their photos are placed in a Kodak Photo Booth Adventure frame from them to take home.

On top of creating a lasting experience for customers, they get to use and keep their Kodak instant photos and potentially see them every day, experiencing the value of having printed memories.

Challenge:

Bring Kodak back to the forefront of consumers minds as a leader in home photography products.
