Writing for FCA, soon to be known as Stellantis, has been a fun challenge. The extent of my car knowledge was based on the Fast and Furious franchise but tapping into the voice and energy of car enthusiasts came fairly naturally. I do love to drive when I get the chance.
These e-mails were sent out to customers every season to introduce new features and benefits for each vehicle in the brand.
These e-mails are sent out after a customer buys a vehicle. In three touches, customers learn more about the features and benefits of
their vehicle.
